No Bake Key Lime Pie in Mason Jar Recipe

I’ll be the first to admit, I’m not the most patient when it comes to baking so I’m always on the lookout for very simple, yet delicious recipes I can easily whip up. This no bake key lime pie recipe does just the trick. I can’t wait to share the recipe with all of you!

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 (8oz) package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 can condensed milk (around 7oz)
  • 1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • key lime juice to taste (or if you can’t find key lime juice – just regular lime juice will do the trick)
  • cool whip
  • limes to garnish
  • any extra toppings you want to add
  • 4 small mason jars (or any other glass jar)

The first thing you want to do, is crush up all your graham crackers. You could smash them in a bowl or crush them in a ziploc bag. Both worked great for me! Once crushed, mix them in with the butter (which should be softened enough). Once mixed, set the graham cracker crust aside and start making your pie filling. Mix the condensed milk, cream cheese, yogurt, and lime juice in a bowl. I didn’t have a hand mixer (preferred) so I used a whisk instead. You want to keep mixing vigorously until you get a very smooth, creamy texture. If you prefer the pie filling to be more green, feel free to add in some food coloring. Let the pie filling sit in the fridge for a good 10-15 minutes.

Next, get your graham cracker crust and start packing it into the bottom of the mason jars. Once, your pie filling is ready, layer it on top of the graham cracker crust, add some more graham cracker crust on top and finish it off with a good ole layer of cool whip. Don’t forget to garnish it off with some cut up limes or any other toppings you like.

It’s really as simple as that! The whole process, including prep time, took me only about 30 minutes. So the next time you’re in a rush, but craving something sweet, whip up these deliciously cute key lime pies and be sure to share some of your key lime pics with us using #GraceBelleCommunity. Enjoy 🙂
